Только полноценный родитель может воспитать ребенка на фоне всех новых вызовов XXI века. Я бы попросила воздержаться от предложений, которые не принесут никаких демографических результатов, но которые приводят к вопросам со стороны родительского сообщества», - отметила Останина.
