Один из беспилотников врезался в крышу многокватирного дома в Пролетарском округе города Тулы. Также в результате падения обломков БПЛА повреждения получили жилые и нежилые здания еще по ряду адресов в областной столице.
Легкой степени ранения получили два человека, им оказана медицинская помощь.

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
