На самом деле занятия которые проводит тов. Тарик выглядят как-то вот так.

P.S. Наши близкие товарищи уже высказали свое мнение и критику. По делу.

Если же кто-то еще хочет покритиковать и высказать свое "Фе!" - рекомендую приехать вам сюда и показать класс - как делать нужно и правильно. Парням как раз не хватает толковых инструкторов для обучения мобрезерва.
