По его словам, речь идет о Ростове и Карачаево-Черкесии, злоумышленники использовали пластиковые бутылки. 🗣 «Бюллетени при этом портятся до состояния невозможности определить голосование. Это сделали женщина и мужчина. Понятно, что им обещали деньги, вознаграждение», — отметил Булаев.
В этой связи зампредседателя ЦИК обратился к коллега усилить охрану ящиков для голосования.
