Переориентация внешней торговли в условиях жёстких ограничений требует дополнительных кадровых ресурсов с новыми компетенциями в сфере ВЭД
Об этом сообщил председатель Совета ТПП РФ по ВЭД Андрей Спартак. По его словам, спрос на высококвалифицированных специалистов по ВЭД будет только возрастать:
«Полностью поменялись бизнес-модели, регулирование в сфере ВЭД. Если раньше достаточно было только отгрузить товар и дальше его сопровождением занимались иностранные структуры, то сейчас всё, что связано с доставкой товаров до покупателя, стало зоной нашей ответственности.
Всё это требует новых навыков и развития компетенций у компаний, занимающихся ВЭД»
