Мы уже много лет готовим специалистов в области стандартизации и метрологии, сотрудничаем с Бурятским ЦСМ, поэтому встреча была очень интересной и плодотворной. От имени университета подарил Антону Павловичу образцовую меру твердости номиналом 64HRC. На мой взгляд, 64 единицы по Роквеллу, как нельзя лучше характеризуют характер нашего университета: твердый и износостойкий!

However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
