#курс По машинному обучению может быть "стандартный" курс - в нём излагаются задачи и методы (kNN, SVM, LogReg и т.п.), "практический" - в нём больше идут от прикладных задач и библиотек (часто практическая часть интегрируется в виде семинаров в стандартный курс), а ещё "математический" (в нём учат теоремы и доказательства в ML). Интересно, что современных обучающих программах почти нет "математического ML", когда-то в ШАДе Червоненкис читал что-то похожее, но всё-таки с большим уклоном в область своих научных интересов.
Смотрел курсы MIT-а, там как раз есть "Математика в ML". Не знаю, доступно ли видео (не нашёл), но в pdf-ках темы прописаны хорошо. На картинке курса нарисована иллюстрация базового понятия в теоретическом ML (подсказка: связано с VC-размерностью).

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
