Предприниматель из Гатчины Алексей Лымарь пошёл на войну добровольцем. На фронте он приболел и вернулся домой — заодно отметить день рождения матери.

Вечером 22 февраля Алексей с женой захотел отдохнуть в ночном клубе «Стори». Но не прошёл фейс-контроль: охранники впятером избили Лымаря. Z-патриот обиделся и вызвал полицию. Полицейским Алексей тоже не понравился — те его ещё сильнее избили и задержали за хулиганство.

Из участка Лымаря доставили в больницу, диагностировали переломы лица, лобной кости и челюсти, контузию, ретроградную амнезию и разрыв пищевода. Мужчина впал в кому и умер. У него осталось двое сыновей — 3 и 14 лет.
