🔹 با شروع تحریم‌ها در دهه ۹۰، مشکلات ما هم شروع شد. در ۱۳ سال، میانگین تشکیل سرمایه ثابت ناخالص حدود ۱.۷ درصد بوده است.
🔹 ظرفیت‌های مختلفی در بازار سرمایه وجود دارد. رشد اقتصادی سال ۱۴۰۳ زیر سه درصد اتفاق خواهد افتاد. اگر این روال ادامه پیدا کند، تا پایان برنامه هفتم، رشد اقتصادی ما بیش از ۲.۶ درصد نمی‌شود.
🔹 من به توافق‌های حداقلی خوشبینم. اگر منابع ما آزاد شود، می‌توانیم به رشدی که در بودجه پیش‌بینی شده دست پیدا کنیم.
