Советская копия BMW R 71 штатно оснащалась коляской, ей было суждено стать самым массовым советским мотоциклом Великой Отечественной войны. До эвакуации наиболее массово этот мотоцикл выпускали на Московском Мотоциклетном Заводе. Увидеть мотоцикл можно было и на выставке под открытым небом, которая проводилась 7-10 ноября 2024 года на Красной площади.
