Во исполнение Указа Президента России и по благословению Святейшего Патриарха Московского и всея Руси Кирилла вместе
с Владыкой Зиновием открыли на университетской "Огарев Арене" духовно-просветительский  центр "Россия - моя история". Вместе с нашей епархией сделаем эту площадку уютной и функциональной. Решили, что здесь будут проводиться открытые уроки для наших школьников, "Разговоры о важном", самые интересные выставки и экспозиции, лекции и обсуждения. Конечно, пригласим на эти уроки наших героических воинов - защитников Отечества. Кому как не им делиться тем, как вера творит чудеса. Уже сейчас в центре открыта выставка иконописных изображений наших православных Святых.

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
