Разочарование. Глядя на это руки опускаются. Убранная осенью прошлого года огромная свалка под Железногорском снова заполнена. Миллионы рублей потрачены впустую.

Строительные отходы, шины, мусор с садовых участков - все, как прежде. Значит, снова придется убирать эти сотни кубометров хлама, снова вывозить на полигон, снова тратить миллионы бюджетных рублей, которые могли быть направлены на другие цели.
