Вы ждали, что Apple Vision Pro бустанёт весь рынок VR/AR устройств? Не знаю, как там рынок, но вот Мете он точно придал ускорение через воздействие на пятую точку 🤸
Для полноценного «ныряния» с помощью квеста лично мне не хватает удобного интерфейса работы с плоскими приложениями. Хочется, чтобы можно было «поставить» окно в любую точку окружающего пространства, как на Apple. Это позволит увеличить время рабочей сессии, когда человек не играет, а работает или делает свои рутинные операции вроде почты-мессенджеров-ютуба 👨💻
И Ящер услышал мои чаяния: в новой рекламе Meta* анонсит появление на квестах расширенных функций пользовательского интерфейса. Теперь можно будет обвешаться окнами приложений с ног до головы и взаимодействовать с ними аля AVP! 🧘♀️
Если вы считаете, что это не влияние Apple, то чьё? Ведь такой функционал можно было выкатить ещё на Quest 1 в 2019 году. Да даже Oculus Rift справился бы с этой задачей! А в итоге простейшие удобства появятся только на Quest 3.

That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
