Это не пересказ закона, не пересказ судебной практики. Это очень умное, компетентное и захватывающее изложение сложного материала.
Когда/если появятся аналогичные тома по общей части, вещному праву, особенной части обязательств - вот тогда можно будет сказать, что у нас появился полноценный учебник гражданского права.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
