تنها یک سال مانده به انتخابات میان‌دوره‌ای آمریکا، دونالد ترامپ با ۳۷٪ تأیید عملکرد در نظرسنجی‌ها، پایین‌ترین سطح محبوبیت یک رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا را در هفت دهه گذشته ثبت کرده است. حتی رؤسای جمهوری با محبوبیت پایین چون کارتر و بایدن، هیچ‌کدام در این مقطع به چنین عددی نرسیده بودند.
حتی اگر میانگین تمام نظرسنجی‌های آمریکا (اعم از موسسات راست‌گرا و...) را نیز در نظر بگیریم، در حال حاضر محبوبیت ترامپ 43% است. یعنی باز هم ترامپ در بین روسای جمهور 70 سال اخیر، کمترین میزان تایید عملکرد از جانب مردم را دارد!

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
