Прекраснейшая Маня Тимофеевна – старшая дочка Ласточки и её первого котомужа Тимофея, которая родилась у них в 2016 году в Новосибирском зоопарке.

В возрасте одного года из отчего зоо наша пушистая героиня переехала в Польшу, в Познаньский зоопарк, где и живёт по сей день🏡
В своём новом доме она познакомилась с манулом Борисом и стала гордой мамой очаровательнейшего пушистого семейства, среди которого знаменитый круглолицый красавчик-путешественник Магеллан 🥰

Маня хозяйка просторного вольера, в котором она дружно живёт вместе со своей дочкой Боженкой.
Маня любит проводить время уединённо в домике или, наоборот, забраться на свою любимую каменную гору в вольере и величественной пушистой улиточкой подолгу сидеть там на самой вершине и внимательно смотреть на мир серьёзным манульим взглядом исподлобья.
Воистину, грандиозная красота! 🔥

The beautiful Mania Timofeyevna is the eldest daughter of Lastochka and her first husband, Timofey. She was born in 2016 at the Novosibirsk Zoo.

At the age of one, our fluffy lady moved to Poland, where she settled in the Poznań Zoo, her current sweet home 🏡
Here, she met Boris the manul and became the proud mother of adorable fluffs, and one of them is the famous traveler Magellan 🥰

Mania resides in a spacious estate, where she happily lives with her daughter, Bozhenka.
Mania enjoys spending time alone in her inner house as well as climbing her private mountain to sit at the very top, like a majestic fluffy snail, observing the world in true manul style.
A true masterpiece of grandeur! 🔥

Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
