Например, если в 2000 году было застроено 20% от ячейки, а в 2020-м уже 30%, на карте будет +10 п.п. Чем светлее пиксель, тем больше новой застройки. Думаю, если бы мы не показали на карте границу Москвы, вы бы все равно ее увидели - по контрасту значений.
