А вотвкладывать в сайты самих застройщиков было как-то всегда не принято, тренд на хороший сайт девелопера начался буквально пару лет назад, вместе с популярностью делать «зонтичные» бренды девелопера. Тут и конкуренция ниже (12 финалистов) и сайты уже менее «наворочены», но есть несколько прям классных.
Мой победитель в этой номинации - Sezar Group. Всё интуитивно понятно, не перегружено, стильно, быстро грузится. На таком сайте приятно выбирать свой новый дом.
