Чуть меньше года назад я писал про лекцию Владлена Тиморина для Кроссворда Тьюринга. С тех пор Владлен прочитал курс в ЛШСМ-2024 (по ссылке есть и видеозаписи), а сейчас от этого курса появилась новая версия записок: https://mccme.ru/dubna/2024/notes/timorin-notes.pdf .

А ещё — новая версия появилась и у их препринта, https://arxiv.org/abs/2311.09643v4 . И теперь их теорема полностью закрывает соответствующий вопрос из обзорной лекции Р. Шварца на ICM-2022 (R. Schwartz, Survey lecture on billiards, https://ems.press/books/standalone/276/5474 ) : см. скриншоты.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
