В чем смысл инвестировать в высшее образование тех, кто совсем не на уровне высшего образования? С одной стороны есть свободный рынок образования и инвестиция в это делается семьей. С другой стороны это все равно общественная инвестиция, кредиты на образование, инфраструктура государственных вузов и т.д.
