Челябинский врач получила условный срок за мошенничество с оплатой медицинских процедур на сумму 30 тысяч
Суд признал заведующую отделением ГБУЗ «Областная больница г. Сатка» виновной в мошенничестве (ч. 3 ст. 159 УК РФ).
Сообщается, что она не внесла в кассу больницы полученные за оказание платных медуслуг деньги, не заполнила соответствующую документацию и похитила около 30 тысяч рублей. Вину врач признала полностью и добровольно возместила ущерб.
Ей назначено наказание в виде 2 лет лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком 2 года.
