🔹️بز قورمه، یکی از غذاهای سنتی کرمان است که در گذشته با گوشت بزغاله با بافتی بسیار لطیف و خوشمزه درست می‌شد و به همین دلیل، نام این غذا را بزقرمه (قرمه بزغاله) گذاشتند؛ اگرچه در حال حاضر این غذا بیشتر با گوشت گوسفندی تهیه می‌شود. در زمان‌های دور که افراد به یخچال دسترسی نداشتند، برای نگهداری گوشت، آن را قورمه می‌کردند؛ فرآیند سختی که همچنان در میان مردم روستاها و عشایر استان کرمان از جمله شهر بابک جایگاه خاصی دارد. آن‌ها برای قورمه کردن گوشت، بزغاله را در اواسط پاییز ذبح می‌کردند و سپس پوست آن را به‌صورت خیکی می‌کندند تا از آن مشک درست کنند. سپس قبل از طلوع آفتاب، لاشه را به‌اندازه قیمه‌ای درمی‌آوردند...

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
