Тем временем на площади Свободы продолжается сооружение стартовой площадки, ведь именно оттуда будет вестись проходка в сторону станции «Горьковская». Прокладывать тоннели между станциями будут сразу двумя новыми щитами для ускорения процесса.
Проект пришлось переработать, и теперь метростроевцы планируют начать проходку в 3 квартале 2025 года после корректировки заключения Главгосэкспертизы.
