Со сцены звучали стихи и симфонические произведения, посвященные Великой Отечественной войне. Выступали Народные артисты России — лауреат Государственной премии Дмитрий Певцов, Валерий Баринов, Елена Цыплакова, Иван Агапов, а также артистка театра и кино Юлиана Ромашина-Дубровицкая.
Уверен, что это далеко не последнее выступление в ДНР. Спасибо друзьям Республики, артистам и Управлению делами Президента РФ за концерт. Мы продолжим создавать условия для того, чтобы такие выступления проходили регулярно во всех населенных пунктах региона.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
