Este 17 de junio, en el marco de la gira por Asia Central de la viceministra para Asia, Medio Oriente y Oceanía, Tatiana Pugh Moreno, se celebró en la ciudad de Dushanbe, la ceremonia de suscripción del memorándum de entendimiento para el establecimiento de Consultas Políticas entre el Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Exteriores de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de la República de Tayikistán.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram.
