Данное правонарушение предполагает штраф в размере от 2 тысяч до 4 тысяч рублей, либо административный арест, или обязательные работы на срок от 40 до 120 часов. По некоторым данным, Павел был задержан за то, что 3 мая пытался пройти через кордоны полиции во время репетиции парада, чтобы попасть в свой номер в отеле в центре Москвы.
