«بسمه تعالی دولت موقّت انقلاب اسلامی وزارت کشور تعرفهٔ انتخابات رفراندم تغییر رژیم سابق به جمهوری اسلامی که قانون اساسی آن از تصویب ملّت خواهد گذشت. آری/نه»
