Avval xabar berganimizdek, joriy yilning 26-28 yanvar kunlari Bo‘stonliq tumanidagi Yoshlar oromgohida “Besh tashabbus olimpiadasi” doirasida mahallalarda istiqomat qiluvchi yoshlar o‘rtasida 2025-yilgi mavsumda o‘tkaziladigan ommaviy sport musobaqalariga tayyorgarlik ko‘rish ishlarini tashkil etish bo‘yicha o‘quv-seminari tashkil etildi.

Seminarning dastlabki bosqichida Andijon, Namangan, Farg‘ona, Sirdaryo, Jizzax, Toshkent viloyatlari va Toshkent shahridagi 133 ta sport maktablarining ommaviy sportni rivojlantirish va seleksiya ishlari bo‘yicha direktor o‘rinbosarlari, 7 nafar hududiy sho‘ba mutaxassislari, shuningdek, Yoshlar ishlari agentligining 107 ta tuman shahar mutaxassislari hamda 7 nafar hududiy mutaxassislari ishtirok etdi.

Qiziqarli va do‘stona muzokaralarga boy tarzda o‘tkazilgan seminar yakunida tinglovchilarga Sport vazirligi va Yoshlar ishlari agentligining sertifikatlari topshirildi.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
