Transport vazirligi huzuridagi Avtomobil yo‘llari qo‘mitasi raisi Jamshid Tursunov Yevropa tiklanish va taraqqiyot banki (YETTB) delegatsiyasi vakillari bilan uchrashdi.

Ushrashuvda YETTB ishtirokidagi “D 213 “Urganch—Xonqa—Hazorasp—Amudaryo daryosi—A380” avtomobil yo‘lining 0—84-km qismini rekonstruksiya qilish” loyihasi bo‘yicha muzokaralar olib borildi.

Loyiha doirasida 84 km uzunlikda 4 tasmali (hozirda 2 tasmali) sement-beton qoplamali avtomobil yo‘li quriladi, qiymati 15,8 mln dollarlik 43 ta ko‘prik, 27 mln dollarlik 2 dona yo‘l o‘tkazgichlari, 1,7 mln dollarlik 3 ta yerusti piyodalar o‘tish yo‘llari hamda 70 km piyodalar va velosiped yo‘laklari barpo etiladi.

Председатель Комитета по автомобильным дорогам при Министерстве транспорта Жамшид Турсунов встретился с представителями делегации Европейского банка реконструкции и развития (ЕБРР).

На встрече были проведены переговоры по проекту "Реконструкция участка 0 - 84 км автомобильной дороги D 213 "Ургенч - Хонка - Хазорасп - река Амударья - А380" с участием ЕБРР."

В рамках проекта будет построена 4-х полосная (сейчас 2-х полосная) автомобильная дорога протяженностью 84 км с цементобетонным покрытием, построены 43 моста стоимостью 15,8 млн долларов, 2 путепровода стоимостью 27 млн долларов, 3 наземных пешеходных перехода стоимостью 1,7 млн долларов, а также 70 км пешеходных и велосипедных дорожек.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
