العين هي سهام تخرج من نفس الحاسد والعائن تجاه المحسود والمعين، إما بسبب الحسد والكره والحقد، وذلك أخبث ما يكون، وإما بسبب الإعجاب أو الانبهار، وهذه السهام قد تصيب وقد تخطئ، فإن صادفت المعين ليس له وقاية ولا حماية من تحرز وأوراد، ويقين وإيمان، أثرت فيه، ونفذت إلى روحه، وإن صادفته متحصنا بالإيمان، متدرعا بالأوراد، متترسا بالفرائض، فلا منفذ لها فيه بإذن الله تعالى. وقد تكون العين من إنسان قريب أو محب، وليست بدافع كره أو حسد، ولكنه الإعجاب الشديد الذي لم يصحبه مباركة أو ذكر لله تعالى، وذلك أمر متعارف عليه بين الناس، بل قد يعين الأب ابنه، أو الزوجة زوجها، أو الصديق صديقه.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment.
