В бухте Новик в акватории Японского моря острова Русский состоялся Девятый ледовый полумарафон Magic Vladivostok Ice Run. Приехал поддержать спортсменов и дать старт детскому забегу. В этот раз впервые добавлены две новые номинации - «Молодежный забег» и «Семейный забег».

Международный полумарафон стал уже доброй зимней традицией. Забег на льду собрал около 1300 человек и 7 стран-участников: Россия, Китай, Маврикий, Германия, Беларусь, Япония и Индия, а также 16 субъектов, среди которых Архангельская область, Курская, Новосибирская, Свердловская, Камчатский край, Хабаровский край и другие.
