Два года назад было опубликовано постановление Конституционного Суда РФ о расходах, понесенных в адм.процедуре разрешения споров в Роспатенте. В нем в очередной раз прозвучала мысль об универсальном регулировании разных адм.процедур. Кстати, пока рассматривалась жалоба мы направляли в общем порядке наши предложения, в котором и указали, что РФ - единственная страна на постсоветском пространстве, где отсутствует закон об адм.процедурах, в итоговом тексте эта формулировка в усеченном виде появилась. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
