آزادی موقت سلیمان چوپانی از زندان نقده سلیمان (سامان) چوپانی، شهروند کُرد اهل «گردکشانه» از توابع پیرانشهر، امروز شنبه بیست‌وپنجم اسفند با تودیع وثیقه ۳ میلیارد تومانی موقتاً و تا پایان مراحل دادرسی از زندان نقده آزاد شد.
سلیمان چوپانی در اواسط آذرماه سال جاری به ۲ سال و ۷ ماه حبس محکوم شده بود، اما پس از اعتراض به این حکم، محکومیت او رد شد و قرار است بار دیگر محاکمه شود.
این شهروند کُرد پیش‌تر در تاریخ پانزدهم شهریور ۱۴۰۳ بدون ارائه حکم قضایی توسط مزدوران اطلاعات بازداشت و پس از ۱۲ روز بازجویی در بازداشتگاه اداره تروریستی اطلاعات ارومیه، در بیست‌وهفتم شهریور به زندان نقده منتقل شده بود.
