Гендиректора фонда капитального ремонта Красноярского края Михаила Попелышева задержали в июне 2023 года при получении взятки в 5 миллионов рублей. По версии следствия, до этого он за 12 миллионов рублей предложил знакомому застройщику покровительство и попустительство в вопросах заключения контрактов и работ по капитальному ремонту домов.
В мае 2023-го бизнесмен передал подсудимому часть обещанного — 1,6 миллиона рублей, чем обеспечил себе новые контракты на подрядные работы.
Попелышев получил 6,6 миллионов рублей от общей суммы в 12 миллионов рублей. Суд квалифицировал действия как коммерческий подкуп (ч. 8 ст. 204 УК РФ) и назначил ему 7 лет колонии строгого режима, а также штраф в размере двукратной суммы взятки — 24 миллиона рублей.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
