В Армении принят законопроект, предусматривающий, что молочные продукты с заменителями и без них будут продаваться на полках разного цвета. Согласно изменениям в законе «О торговле и услугах», одобренным парламентом во втором и окончательном чтении после пяти лет обсуждений, товары без добавления заменителей молочного жира и иных компонентов не молочного происхождения будут размещаться на зеленых полках, а продукты, содержащие такие добавки – на оранжевых.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
