🔹ميدل ايست نيوز به نقل از یک منبع آگاه خبر داد، دور چهارم مذاکرات ایران و امریکا با حضور وزیر امور خارجه ایران و نماینده ویژه رئیس جمهور امریکا در عمان برگزار خواهد شد. 🔹این در حالی است که شایعات متعددی در خصوص زمان و مکان این دور از مذاکرات که قرار بود در رم برگزار شود، مطرح شده بود. 🔹سید عباس عراقچی وزیر خارجه ایران همچنین روز شنبه پیش از این دور از مذاکرات به قطر سفر می‌کند.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
