На чемпионате Китая по легкой атлетике для людей старше 35 лет Цзинь Хуэй из Циндао провинции Шаньдун установил рекорд в беге на 100 м в своей возрастной группе.
Расстояние он пробежал за 13,97 секунды. Ранее национальный рекорд составлял 14,01 секунды, в рекорд чемпионата — 14,15 секунды. Мужчина принимал участие в беге на 200 м, прыжках в длину, эстафете 4х100 м и 4х400 м, где также выиграл золотые медали.
Цзинь родился в 1953 году, работал на сталелитейном заводе. Ранее занимался боевыми искусствами, борьбой и боксом, в настоящее время также играет за местную футбольную команду.
Впервые он попробовал спринт в 2023 году. Цзинь рассказывает, что когда вышел на пенсию, то немного впал в депрессию. Но теперь он испытывает огромное чувство удовлетворения, когда выходит на стадион, а люди болеют за него с трибун.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
