Мог бы просто сказать, что Мишка Квакин с компанией ( в нашем случае работа Мити Патрушева) вытоптал огороды.
Если серьёзно, 25 лет делалось всё, чтобы не то что на огородах,на дачах и фермах в России было невыгодно, а порой и невозможно работать. Дачнику продать пучок зелени и ведро картошки у магазина было нельзя - вменяли административное правонарушение и штрафовали.
А теперь пришло время свалить на народ, что не хотят себя кормить. Как, впрочем, охранять, лечить и учить.
