🔴 شهرگردی ۸ با مسئله‌ی پاتوق کارتن خوابی به همت کانون آسیب شناسی اجتماعی با همکاری موسسه نور سپید هدایت در ۲۶ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۳ به منظور بررسی میدانی آسیب های اجتماعی با رویکرد حل مسئله توسط دانشجویان فعال در حوزه آسیب شناسی اجتماعی دانشکده علوم اجتماعی برگزار شد.

در برنامه های شهرگردی مسئله‌ی پاتوق کارتن خوابی از نزدیک مورد مشاهده قرار گرفت و پیرامون حل معضلات این چالش اجتماعی گفتگو بین دانشجویان و استادان صورت گرفت.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
