В настоящее время здание находится в плачевном состоянии и нуждается в проведении реставрационно-восстановительных работ. Охранным обязательством установлены требования по сохранению, содержанию и использованию объекта культурного наследия, контроль за исполнением которых осуществляется Главным управлением культурного наследия Московской области
