Главное — возвращение наших соотечественников с Донбасса и Новороссии и наведение порядка с трудовой миграцией.
Теперь: 👁 приезжать в Россию смогут те, кто разделяет наши традиционные ценности; 👁 пребывание неработающих членов семей мигрантов будет ограничено; 👁 работодатели будут нести ответственность за тех, кого приглашают; 👁 биометрия усилит контроль.
И это абсолютно правильный шаг. Мы с Сергеем Мироновым давно говорим: патентная система для мигрантов должна быть отменена.
Не должно быть стихийного рынка труда. Приехал сварщик — работай по контракту на предприятии. Контракт закончился — спасибо, до свидания. Так работает цивилизованная система.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
