• Записаться на чекап
• Начать пить воду утром
• Добавить 20 минут прогулки

4. “Финансовая встреча” семьи.

Обсуждаем:
• Как идет наш семейный план?
• Что мы делаем ради будущего детей?
• Что мешает нам сейчас — и как каждый может помочь?
