Slack Technologies, владелец мессенджера Slack до его продажи Salesforce, еще в 2019 году подал в суд на Microsoft — «мелкомягких» обвиняли в том, что интеграция Teams в пакет дает несправедливое преимущество перед конкурентами.
И вот, спустя 6 лет, Microsoft, во избежание штрафа в 10% годового оборота, решила пойти на досудебное соглашение. Похоже, тут вновь сыграло свою роль ухудшение отношений между ЕС и США – риск словить штраф стал совсем-таки реальным.
Впрочем, это еще не все — удаление Teams приведет к акции невиданной щедрости от Microsoft: они снизят цены на пакеты Office365 без видеоконференцсвязи и улучшат совместимость с конкурентным ПО📌 ™️СофтТех

During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
