Меня тут в личку упрекнули, что мне лишь бы только Темрезова во всём обвинить. Что "точка" по вопросу ношения хиджаба в школах КЧР была поставлена муфтием республики.
Ну что ж, признаю, что не знал о позиции муфтия. И увидев эту статью вспомнил, что указ запрещающий хиджаб Темрезов подписал много раньше случившихся скандалов в КЧР (как и написал ± лет 10 назад). А сами скандалы случились лет 7-8 назад.
Но, то ли это автор статьи напутал, то ли Бердиев оговорился, ведь, если закрыто лицо, это, вроде как, называется "никаб", а не "хиджаб".
С муфтием спорить не хочу. Есть намного более компетентные люди, чем я.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
