В Луганске произошел пожар на центральном рынке в районе улицы Челюскинцев, сообщает МЧС ЛНР. На место происшествия оперативно прибыли дежурные караулы 1, 2 и 5 пожарно-спасательных частей с тремя единицами техники. Горели два модуля с детской одеждой.
Спасатели МЧС Р быстро ликвидировали возгорание, не допустив распространения огня на соседние модули. Благодаря их оперативным действиям, ущерб от пожара был минимизирован.
Причина пожара устанавливается органами дознания МЧС России.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
