Подходы, предусмотренные стандартом, позволяют более широко внедрять новые методы строительного контроля с целью обеспечения устойчивости земляного полотна при его эксплуатации. А это, безусловно, скажется на соблюдении межремонтных сроков службы земляного полотна и в принципе долговечности дорожных конструкций.
