Так что в западной стратегии двойных стандартов, где рулят деньги и прибыль, стабильно только то, что это — стратегия. В которой всегда будут виноваты то русские, то белорусы, то Орбан с Венгрией.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
