А для многих людей, я бы сказал для большинства, расстаться с домом, в который ты всю жизнь вкладывал силы и душу, строил хозяйство и который является единственным жильем, все это бросить и переехать в ПВР на раскладушку с тумбочкой в спортзале это не каждый может. Многим людям просто некуда ехать. И естественно перемещение в ПВРы для многих это катастрофа. Для любого человека переезд с насиженного места это сильнейший стресс. И это необходимо учитывать власти в своей работе. Просто сказать людям: "эвакуируйтесь и переезжайте в ПВР. Если не хотите, то мы сняли с себя ответственность." - это цинично. Люди жили, строились, обживались. Они не виноваты, что СВО пошло "немного не по плану". Обязанность государства заботиться о своих гражданах.
