Действуя в составе организованной группы злоумышленники незаконно приобрели икру рыб осетровых видов в объеме более 3 тонн и разместив ее в грузовом автомобиле, направили из Комсомольска-на-Амуре в сторону Хабаровска.
Следователями СУ СК РФ по Хабаровскому краю и ЕАО по материалам УФСБ России по Хабаровскому краю возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 3 ст. 258.1 УК РФ.
