There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
